400 meter ke 2se 3 set or ek din chorkar 2.5 km running bhi krti hai. Muscles ๐ช ko strong bnane ke liye 100 push ups or 200 sit ups bhi lgati hai iske alawa yog or swimming bhi krti h . Din me kai sessions ki training or practice ke bad ye evening me Zim me bhi pasina bahati hai .
Diet Secret -
Ye apne diet me balanced corb or protein par kafi dhyaan deti hai ,axi quantity me pani(water) peeti Or breakfast me eggs, fruits or milk leti h. Lunch me meet ke sath vegetables or rice khana pasand karti hai. Dinner me corb wala khana khati hai iske liye grilled meet or vegetables leti hai.
